Program Flow:
9-9:30am – Registration, group stretching, and introduction to JangSaeng Walking.
9:30-10:30am -- Peace Walk around Pond with optional stations to experience Dahn MuDo, Ji Gam, and a meditation envisioning peace in Boston. The walk will progress from focusing on one’s body, to one’s breath, to connecting with nature, and finally connecting with a vision for peace in
10:30-11:15am -- Brief cool-down and speeches from organizations and politicians.
11:15-11:30am – Finish and proceed to Spontaneous Celebrations for Festival!!!
